The Bump at Nineteen Weeks
Gotta start somewhere...
You've asked, and here is the beginning of a HUGE baby bump.
It feels so much bigger than it looks.
Hello, Meadow!
Today we discovered that we have a baby girl! Her name is Meadow Haven Murray, and on top of having her very own vagina, she also has two kidneys, 10 fingers, the works. Now my mother can finally put a gender to her shopping frenzy...
You've requested pregnant Allison photos and I assure you they're on the way! I've only managed to gain 9 pounds, and I just recently started showing.

Nineteen Weeks Ultrasound
At nineteen weeks, Meadows' brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing,
vision, and touch. Some research suggests that she may be able to hear
your voice now!
Baby Meadow weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large heirloom tomato.
Her arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the
rest of her body now. Her kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on
her scalp is sprouting. A waxy protective coating called the vernix
caseosa is forming on her skin to prevent it from pickling in the
amniotic fluid.

Nine Weeks
Baby Meadow is nearly an inch long — about the size of a grape
— and weighs just a fraction of an ounce. She's starting to look more
and more human. Her essential body parts are accounted for, though
they'll go through plenty of fine-tuning in the coming months. Other
changes abound: Meadow's heart finishes dividing into four chambers,
and the valves start to form — as do her tiny teeth. The embryonic
"tail" is completely gone. Meadow's organs, muscles, and nerves are
kicking into gear. The external sex organs are there but won't be
distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks. Her eyes are
fully formed, but her eyelids are fused shut and won't open until 27
weeks. She has tiny earlobes, and her mouth, nose, and nostrils are more
distinct.
